The Sault Tribe Health Division provides comprehensive care, including medical, dental, behavioral, spiritual, and community health services, to Tribal citizens and other eligible community members. With twelve locations across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, the Health Division offers a wide range of services, including primary care, pharmacy, optometry, audiology, substance use treatment, and T2D prevention and management initiatives.
Across all of our projects, we work in close partnership with the leadership of the Sault Tribe Health Division to ensure our research is community-centered, feasible, and responsive to community priorities. All studies and initiatives are collaboratively developed to support sustainable and culturally relevant outcomes for the community.
