Michelle Clayson, is a program manager/study coordinator in Nutritional Sciences within the School of Public Health at the University of Michigan. Michelle has had the honor to work with various research teams and community partners on topics ranging from maternal/childhood obesity, cardiovascular health interventions, family routines, and food sovereignty to name a few. Michelle frequently works behind the scenes managing data collection, ethic board applications (IRB) and protocols, mentoring students, and sharing institutional knowledge. Michelle earned her MS in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from the University of Tennessee Knoxville, studying the ecology of Lyme Disease in Tennessee, and her BS in Fisheries and Wildlife from Michigan State University.
